Mr. Pankaj Rajgadhia, Chief Executive Officer
An industry veteran, Pankaj has more than 25 years of experience in the tiling industry. Throughout his career, he has been recognized & awarded for delivering consistent revenue growth and boosting margins through strong leadership, customer obsession and execution excellence. He is a business leader with strong operational experience in Sales and Marketing, having built powerful brands and developed strong Sales structures and operations all over the country.
Pankaj started his career from manufacturing of cemented pipes, grills, ventilators etc in 1995 and changed the business dynamics in line with the change in customer’s lifestyle. He has developed multiple tiles showrooms, under the brand BuildMart and has end-to-end business lifecycle experience.
Mr. Krishna Rajgadhia, Chief Operating Officer
Krishna has more than 23 years of experience in the tiling & door industry. His has a unique sense of success in manufacturing field. He has established the door manufacturing and distribution network across India.
Krishna also has excellent people management skills, which make him suitable in the role of Chief Operations Officer. He has a great hold and understanding of Tier III cities of India, which has helped him to grow the dealer network for Rajgadhia Industries.
Mr. Chandan Rajgadhia, Chief Financial Officer
Chandan is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 20 years of financial experience.
He has worked in the risk advisory practices of Price Waterhouse Coopers, Mazars International etc. He has also worked in the industry at Max Bupa Health Insurance, where he was responsible for establishing their Enterprise Risk Management framework. At Rajgadhia Industries, he is additionally responsible for Corporate Communications and is part of the Strategy and Business Development team for the Company.
